Refunds policy

At Simple Talk Therapy, we strive to provide high-quality counseling and therapy services. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking any appointments.

No Refunds for Completed Sessions

Once a therapy session has been completed, it is considered final, and no refunds will be provided. This includes individual therapy, group therapy, and any other counseling services.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Once a booking has been placed and confirmed, cancellations are not permitted. We encourage clients to carefully review their schedules before making a booking to ensure they can attend the scheduled session. All payments made at the time of booking are non-refundable.

While cancellations are not allowed, we understand that emergencies may arise. In such cases, you may request to reschedule your session at least 48 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability and at the discretion of Simple Talk Therapy. If you reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled session, you may incur a rescheduling fee. You must contact us by email or WhatsApp for additional charges.
